TRANSACTION ACCEPTANCE POLICY: E-C-R will pay full value if the handset(s) sent are in acceptable condition as outlined below. The shipment or sale to E-C-R of your handset(s) confirms your acceptance of our price and condition offer.



CONDITION OF HANDSET(S)

In order to qualify for payment all handset(s) must be in working condition. They will power-up and make a test call. They will not be physically damaged, reported lost/stolen, water damaged, have broken LCD's or have any malfunction parts. Cases should be complete and unbroken. All handset(s) shall have a valid ESN or IMEI. If you have broken cell phones and electronics you will recieve 30% of the price.

Any handset(s) sent in other than those listed on the initial transaction will not be returned and will become the property of E-C-R. We pay something for everything, any cell phones or electronics will be priced accordingly. These units will be recycled or refurbished. Please verify the accuracy of your transaction before submitting for approval.

Please include the battery and if possible the charger. Accessories, such as ear phones and manuals, are not necessary. Please dispose of these items properly.

Condition Requirements:

• Each cell phone has to be in working condition.

• Each cell phone must have a valid Electronic Serial Number.
• Please include battery, battery door(if applicable). If possible, include the charger. The price of the phone will stay the same if a charger is not included.
• Payment will be made within 20-25 days (or 48 hours for individuals) of the verification of cell phone(s).
• If any Cell phones do not meet the purchase criteria, we will contact you informing you of a price change. If you accept the new price, the transaction will continue. Or else the phone will be sent back at your expense.
• All offers to purchase expire after 28 days.
• Don't forget to remove your sim card(s) from your phone(s), delete any phone numbers or personal information, and deactivate any service plans.Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.
  

Working phones are phones that power up (must include battery), have an undamaged LCD screen, are able to make a test call, are not cracked or otherwise damaged and are not 'locked'.

Non-working phones or phones with excessive cosmetic damage will be credited at a reduced rate, I e. 30% of the working phone prices below.

Any phone(s) not listed below may, at E-C-R’s discretion, be eligible for payment.

CELL PHONES SERVICE

It is the responsibility of the user to discontinue service on handsets sold to E-C-R before initiating a transaction. E-C-R is not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to resolve payment issues.

If desired, it is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from all phone memory and removable memory including but not limited to, phonebook entries, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files. Any personal information including but not limited to the aforementioned data could be used in a negative manner and it is the sole responsibility of the user to clear all information that could be harmful to the user if made public.

How It Works

After you submit the form we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. The email message will contain your free shipping label. All you have to do is tape the shipping label to the package and take it to your nearst post office. When we receive the cell phones we will sort them and within 20 - 25 days you will recieve your payment.
